You should file a report whenever you become aware of conduct deviations or actions that violate internal policies, work instructions, regulations, standards, procedures, or any other breach of current legislation, including irregularities defined in Law No. 12,846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law).
Any indications of illegality related to REAG Group activities or actions performed by force or during the execution of activities inherent to the company may be reported, but are not limited to the following:
	- Abuse of power;
 
	- Harassment (Moral/Sexual);
 
	- Corruption;
 
	- Misconduct/behavior deviation;
 
	- Discrimination;
 
	- Preferential treatment or conflict of interest;
 
	- Internal frauds;
 
	- Accounting and/or tax irregularities;
 
	- Money laundering;
 
	- Bribery;
 
	- Use or trafficking of prohibited substances;
 
	- Leakage or misuse of confidential or privileged information;
 
	- Other violations of internal policies, work instructions, regulations, standards, procedures, or any other breach of national or international legislation, including irregularities outlined in Law No. 12,846/2013 (Anti-Corruption Law).
 
The list above is not exhaustive. Any violation of internal policies, work instructions, regulations, standards, procedures, or any other breach of current legislation may be reported through the Whistleblower Channel.
